ORDER PROCEDURE

• Send us your inquiry by email (with code items, description size color, quantities), then we will send you back our approval and ask you to proceed to the first deposit payment (Bank Transfer).

PAYMENT METHOD

• we advice our customers to pay by bank transfer.After finish transfer process of the total invoice.Then we will be abble to launch the products of your order. Fast and secure.
• We accept payment by Transfer to our Bank. We request an advance payment of 50 % of the total amount of the invoice prior to beginning production of the order, with the balance being transferred at the time goods are ready to ship plus the shipping costs.

Shipment could be arranged through air freight CARGO, even DHL, UPS, FEDEX,as requested.

TIME PRODUCTION

Normally our standard production time per order is 3-4 weeks maximum. This depends on the items ordered, the quantity ordered.

CANCEL AN ORDER AND REFUND

When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.After packaging, we will send you by email the balance and shipping cost to pay. Starting from the day we will request the second and final payment, all orders not paid within 2 weeks will be automaticly cancelled without any refunds possible.
